I am a mother, wife, daughter, and Greek chef. I was born in the city of Nicosia, on the island of Cyprus, in the eastern Mediterranean Sea. I grew up surrounded by the island's breathtaking beauty, its deep-rooted history of ancient and modern Greece, and the incredibly delicious Greek Cypriot cuisine.
